Stephen G. White, Ph.D.

Dr. White is a psychologist and the founder and former president of Work Trauma Services, Inc., a threat assessment training and consulting firm. He has consulted nationally and internationally on over 4,500 threat cases for numerous Fortune 500 companies, private and public organizations, law firms and their clientele, colleges and universities, and law enforcement, military, and governmental entities. He is a published author, including chapters in both editions of The International Handbook of Threat Assessment. Dr. White, in collaboration with Dr. Reid Meloy, developed and first published the WAVR-21 in 2007.

J. Reid Meloy, Ph.D.

Dr. Meloy is a board-certified forensic psychologist (ABPP) who consults on criminal and civil cases throughout the U.S. and Europe. He has authored or co-authored over two hundred sixty papers published in peer-reviewed psychiatric and psychological journals, and has authored, co-authored, or edited fourteen books. In collaboration with Dr. White, he developed and first published the WAVR-21 in 2007. For the past 22 years, Dr. Meloy has been a consultant with the FBI Behavioral Analysis Unit in Quantico on criminal, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism cases. He is a sought-after speaker and trainer on a wide number of violence risk topics.

John is a seasoned security executive with 35+ years of experience in public and private sectors. He served 25 years with the Secret Service, where he managed multi-agency security for major events and held key roles, including Attaché of the Paris Field Office and Secret Service Executive.

Since 2010, he has provided executive leadership and strategic guidance as a consultant and is currently the Executive Vice President of Kaseware, specializing in investigative case management and data analytics solutions.
