David is the Director of National Security at ShadowDragon - an ethical OSINT company. David spent a decade in the US Army in both conventional and special operations units in the Middle East. After leaving the military, David served in the office of Congressman Darrell Issa, handling the Foreign Affairs and Judiciary portfolios before writing strategy and policy for the Army OSINT Office, Defense Intelligence Agency and contributing to the most recent Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) OSINT strategy. David is also the Executive Director of the Special Operations Association of America, a Veteran Service Organization focused on advocacy towards Capitol Hill focused on National Security and Special Operations Forces.

Steve has more than 20 years experience as a leader in open-source intelligence and investigations. A trusted advisor to CISOs and SOC leaders, Steve blends deep technical acumen with board‑level business insight.
